Primary School Teachers’ Perspective of Sexual Education in Spain. A Qualitative Study

Sexual education is a part of the teaching-learning process that addresses cognitive, psychological, physical and social aspects sexuality. The purpose sexual to provide people with knowledge, abilities, attitudes values will help them have good health, well-being dignity. objective this study was explore perspective primary school teachers regarding Education in school. A descriptive qualitative designed based on content thematic analysis. Fifteen open-ended interviews were carried out, followed by inductive data analysis using ATLAS.ti software. Two key themes emerged from analysis: “In search comprehensive approach Education” “Barriers schools: From lack training fear families”. We conclude despite efforts implement recognises sexuality as right, face difficulties delivering schools due parents reject their children being spoken about
